Arrival & Hotel Check-In

- The Boyalık Hotel offers a spa and wellness centre for guests who wish to relax during their stay.
- Complimentary Access: Participants are welcome to enjoy the wet areas of the spa, including the sauna, steam room, and indoor pool, free of charge.
- Massage Services: Those interested in massage treatments can take advantage of exclusive discounted rates available for summit participants.
- For reservations & further details, please contact the hotel reception or the spa desk upon arrival.
- Participants are expected to arrive at the hotel before 11:30 AM to complete the check-in process.
📍 Google Maps Location - If you arrive earlier, the hotel will accommodate you with an available room if possible. If rooms are not available, you may store your luggage in the designated storage room until 12:00 PM.
- For your convenience Two YEDAB transfer buses will depart from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport to the hotel at 9:30 and 11:00 AM.
- Alternatively, Havas Service busesare available at the airport at 8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, and 16:00. These buses stop in front of the hotel. - If you take a Havas bus, you will need to take a taxi from Çeşme Otogar Bus Stop to the hotel (app. 4 km, 5 min drive). YEDAB transfer bus will be available from the same otogar at 11:30 upon request.
Welcome & School/Corporation Presentations
12:00 – 13:00 Badge distribution at the hotel entrance and welcome snack.
13:00 - 17:00 | Presentations of Schools/Corporations to All Agents
- This session is mandatory for all agents to ensure a productive networking experience.
- Each participating school or corporation will have 5 minutes to introduce themselves.
- The primary objective is to provide an overview of each institution and facilitate more effective B2B meetings on the following day.
- While pre-prepared PowerPoint or similar presentations are not mandatory, they are encouraged.
A projector and notebook will be available for use. Participants may bring external USB drives or connect their own laptops via HDMI.
Dinner & Optional Social Gathering
19:00 - 20:00 | Open Buffet Dinner at the Hotel
- • A wide selection of international and local cuisine will be served in the hotel's restaurant.
20:30 - 23:00 | Optional Drinks in Alaçatı, Çeşme
- • Participants who wish to explore the vibrant nightlife of Alaçatı are invited for a social evening.
- • Special discounted prices will be available for drinks.
- • Buses will depart from the hotel at 20:15, and return transportation will be provided.

Breakfast & Business Meetings

09:00 - 12:30 | B2B Meetings with Agents (Coffee Breaks Available)
- • A structured B2B meeting session will be held, allowing agents to meet with schools and corporations for in-depth discussions.
- • Short coffee breaks will be available to ensure a comfortable networking environment.
Lunch & Group Photo
12:30 - 13:15 | Open Buffet Lunch
13:15 - 13:30 | Family Photo
- • A group photo will be taken to commemorate the event. Participants are kindly requested to be present for this session.
Afternoon Business Meetings
13:30 - 17:30 | B2B Meetings with Agents (Coffee Breaks Available)
- • Continuation of one-on-one meetings between agents and institutions.
Evening Gala Dinner & Optional After Party
19:30 - 23:30 | Gala Dinner at the Hotel (Dress Code Applies)
- • A formal gala dinner will be hosted at the hotel, providing an elegant setting for networking.
- • Dress Code: Formal or business attire is required.
24:00 - 02:00 | Optional After Party in Çeşme
- • Participants who wish to continue socializing are welcome to join the after-party in Çeşme. Service buses will depart from the hotel at 23:45, and return transportation will be provided.
22 MARCH 2025 – Saturday

09:00 - 12:00 | B2B Meetings with Agents (Coffee Breaks Available)
- • A final opportunity to engage in B2B meetings before departure.
Check-Out & Luggage Storage
12:15 - 12:30 | Check-Out from the Hotel
- • The official check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- • Please ensure that all personal belongings are packed and that you vacate your room on time.
- • A luggage storage room will be available for those with later departures.
Optional Day Trip
📍 12:45 - 13:00 | Departure from the Hotel with YEDAB Buses
A special day trip is available for interested participants. Those joining the trip should be ready to depart at 12:45 PM from the hotel.
📍 Return to the Hotel: Buses will return to the hotel following the tour.
📍 Departure to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport:
- • YEDAB service buses will depart from the hotel to the airport at 15:30 for participants who are not joining the day trip.
- • For those participating in the excursion, the YEDAB service bus will provide direct transportation to the airport at the end of the trip.
- • Participants joining the day trip are kindly advised to schedule their return flights for 20:00 or later to allow sufficient travel time.
